3) 1 hour reviewing Camera settings, and photography basics. Set up the camera for the particular subjects.

4) 3+ Hours of shooting in the field.

5) Review pictures and key learnings from the day.

6) Receive Photography flip cards for future reference.

7) Post Processing (additional charge)

8) If doing multiple sessions, schedule next session.

We price all of our workshops on a per person, double occupancy basis. Simply put, if you are planning to share a room then you are double occupancy clients. If paying together choose: min deposit, remaining balance, or payment in full Qty 2.. If you are sharing a room yet paying separately, you would each choose the above selections, Qty 1.

If you are traveleing solo, a single occupancy charge is applied as all hotels are booked as double occupancy. In this case you would select min. deposit, single occupancy remaining balance, or single occupancy payment in full.

If we have Single Occupants who both agree to share a room (same sex), Tripod Travelers can help coordinate to save both people money. This will only occur if both parties agree.

Payment Types

We accept payment using both Credit and Debit cards; VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover payment types. Our website allows for deposits, remaining balance payments, or payments in full to be conveniently transacted online. If you would like to pay by check or you have other questions regarding our payment process, please contact us directly.

Deposits and Final Payments

A deposit is required to reserve your spot on the trip. We ask for a $500 deposit per person. Most trips are held to six photographers, the sooner your deposit is secured the better. Once you have paid your Deposit, you will receive a receipt. You then must return back to our site and pay the Remaining Balance 90 days before the workshop begins. Tripod Travelers will send reminders along the way. Deposits for unique or international trips may vary.

Full payment for your trip is due 90 days prior to the first day of your trips itinerary. If you reserve a trip within 90 days of the trip's first itinerary date, no deposit is needed; we only accept payment in full.

Our all inclusive itinerary cannot be beat. A lot of our competitors leave the burden on their customer to arrange hotel accomodations, ground transportation, meals, snacks, and even coordinate their way to the actual workshop.
